Purposes for which the personal data are to be processed: Personal data are processed for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract (rental agreement for holiday apartment) in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Categories of recipients of personal data: In order to achieve the aforementioned processing purposes, we share your data – where necessary – with the following categories of recipients: other service providers (property management for key handover). In addition, we may pass your data on to public authorities (e.g. spa administration in Binz) or other external entities that are legally entitled to receive such data (e.g. tax authorities, tax consultants).

Intention of the controller to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization: There is no intention to transfer the data.

Duration of storage of personal data: The duration of storage is determined by the applicable statutory retention periods (commercial and tax law, legally mandated deletion periods, Section 14 of the Federal Registration Act). After the expiry of these periods, the relevant data are routinely deleted, provided they are no longer required for contract performance or initiation and/or there is no legitimate interest on our part in continued storage. If the exercise of your rights requires deletion, the relevant data will be deleted immediately.

Voluntariness and obligation to provide personal data: Within the scope of our business relationship, you must provide the personal data that are necessary for initiating and maintaining the business relationship and fulfilling the associated contractual obligations, or that we are legally required to collect. Without this data, we are not able to conclude or perform the contract.

Existence of automated decision-making, including profiling: We expressly inform you that the processing of your personal data does not involve automated decision-making or profiling.
